Thank you for using Fuuuga. Fuuuga (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is developed with respect for your privacy and a commitment to transparent design. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information collected by qulé design studio, how it is used, and the steps taken to protect your data when you use the App.
The App itself does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, location, or contacts. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. See "Handling of Personal Information via Inquiries" below for details.
Timer settings are stored locally on your device only. The App does not transmit any data to external servers.
The App uses local notifications to alert you when a timer ends. Notification data is never sent outside your device.
The App offers an optional in-app purchase for Fuuuga+ features. Fuuuga+ gives access to additional features such as Pomodoro/Interval Timers, themes, and app icons. All transactions are processed through Apple's App Store. The App does not directly collect or store any payment information.

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and will not be shared with third parties. It will be deleted appropriately once your inquiry has been resolved and the information is no longer needed.
We do not share data collected by the App with third parties.
